This notice explains what information may be collected when you visit IT CaoCao or send a sourcing enquiry, and how you can control optional analytics.
If you submit the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organisation, product category, and project requirements. This information is used to assess and respond to your enquiry.
The contact form is processed by Formspree before the enquiry reaches our email system. Please do not submit health records, identification documents, passwords, access credentials, or other sensitive personal information.
Where analytics is enabled on the live site and you give permission, Google Analytics 4 may record general usage data such as pages viewed, interactions, device and browser type, referral source, and approximate location. We do not intend to send contact-form contents to analytics.
Choosing “Essential only” prevents the analytics scripts from loading. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage so the site can remember it. This preference is not an advertising profile.
Enquiry information is used for communication, sourcing, and service administration. Access should be limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes, and records should be retained only as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, business records, or applicable obligations.
